Modern life keeps us stuck in a constant state of go: stressed, wired, disconnected from our bodies. Most of us don't even realise how much tension we're carrying until we finally stop.

Join me for an intimate two-hour workshop designed to help you release mental and physical tension, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself, using simple, practical tools grounded in science.

No yoga experience needed. No breathwork experience needed.

Just you and two hours to genuinely reset and reconnect to you.

What's included

Hormones & nervous system talk - understand why you feel so wired, what's happening in your body, and what you can actually do about it

Nervous system breathwork - a calming, down-regulating breathing practice to bring you out of your head and into your body

Somatic movement - a gentle, releasing movement practice to let go of physical stress and tension held in the body

Breathwork meditation & sound - lying down, deeply guided, a full rest for your nervous system

Goodie bag - filled with my favourite health and wellness products

Gut nourishing snacks made by me and warm drinks (available to purchase on site available)
