Contrast Therapy

I can also offer guided contrast therapy and ice bath sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and mental wellbeing. These sessions combine calm, intentional breathing with controlled cold exposure to help participants feel more grounded, focused, and regulated. Sessions can be delivered as standalone experiences or as part of events, workshops, and wellbeing programmes.

What Contrast Therapy Is

Contrast therapy involves short periods of cold exposure, such as ice baths, supported by guided breathing and calm facilitation. The focus is not on pushing limits, but on learning how to stay present, regulate the nervous system, and respond to stress in a controlled and supportive way.

What sessions might include

  • Ice bath or cold exposure (always optional)
