I’m Tamara, a Women’s Health & Performance Coach. I help women stop under-fuelling, overtraining and burning out — and instead train, fuel and recover in a way that supports their hormones and unlocks real performance.

My fitness journey started as a personal commitment to perform at a higher level in my competitive career — feel stronger, build resilience, and push my physical limits.

However, like many women, I faced challenges that came from not understanding the demands of my body. I chased extremes overtraining, under-fuelling, and pushing beyond what my body could sustain because I didn’t support it on the other side - which led to gut and hormone issues, RED-S, and ultimately burnout.

Through years of learning and rebuilding, I’ve developed a way of training and living that supports both performance and long-term health; working with my body, not against it.

Now, I help women do the same: to train smarter, fuel properly, recover effectively, and perform at their best without burning out.
